“Kaisa” is a Filipino term that means ‘with or in proximity to another person or people’. It implies that each person is a portion – a part of the whole.
For the 3rd National Youth Council Meeting, we are called to live in harmony – in a spirit of unity as we follow our Lord Jesus and reach out to our neighbors and be a living testimony of a living God through unity and service with them. May we be reminded to be a kaisa in the struggles of the least, last and lost as servant leaders and kaisa in preserving and restoring the environment as good stewards while we carry on the journey in our whole inhabitant earth.
Let us stand together on August 18-20, 2023 at Tangos United Methodist Church (Philippines Annual Conference), Navotas City, Metro Manila and be one to complete our journey with the ultimate purpose – to bring God much glory on this earth and in the world to come.
